LT Switchgear & Control Panel Manufacturing
Custom MCC, PCC, APFC & capacitor panels engineered to IS 8623 / IEC 61439, wired, routine-tested and delivered on schedule for plants, builders and EPC contractors across India.
What we manufacture
Each unit is designed to your single-line diagram and load list, then built, wired and tested in-house. Ratings below are typical — tell us your load and we engineer to it.
Fixed, draw-out and compartmentalised panels for distributing power and controlling motor loads across a plant.
Automatic power-factor correction to cut your demand charges and keep PF near unity — stepped switching with detuned reactors.
Main and sub-distribution boards with MCCB incomers and outgoers, metered and labelled to your feeder schedule.
Auto mains-failure and generator synchronising panels for standby power — seamless mains/DG transfer with full protection.
Who we build for
Anywhere motors turn, demand charges bite, or an audit asks for compliant switchgear, these panels earn their place.
Heavy motor loads on crushers, mills and kilns — MCC/PCC and PF correction to tame demand.
Hundreds of drives running round the clock; APFC panels pay for themselves in demand savings.
Clean, documented, compliant distribution for audited plants and utility blocks.
Hygienic enclosures, reliable control for cold storage, processing and bottling lines.
Main LT panels and DBs for apartments, malls, hospitals and IT parks.
ACDB, combiner and LT panels for rooftop and ground-mount plants.
Redundant distribution and AMF for uptime-critical facilities.
Reliable panel partner for project tenders — built to drawing, on timeline.
Robust MCCs for press shops, CNC lines and paint booths.
How an order runs
Share your SLD, load list or feeder schedule. No drawing yet? We help you size it.
GA drawing and a line-item quotation, usually within 2–3 working days.
You approve the drawing and BOM; we lock components and schedule the build.
Fabrication, powder coating, wiring, then routine tests with a report.
Packed, delivered and — where needed — commissioned on site.
Why plants keep coming back
Every panel goes through routine tests — insulation, continuity, functional — with a signed report before it ships.
Designed to IS 8623 / IEC 61439 with branded switchgear and the right form of separation for your application.
A committed delivery date at order confirmation, and a single point of contact who keeps you posted.

Common questions
Both. Send your single-line diagram and we build exactly to it. No drawing yet? Share your load list or connected load and we'll size the panel, prepare the GA drawing and quote it for your approval.
It depends on size and component availability, but a standard panel is usually ready in a few weeks from drawing approval. We commit to a firm date at order confirmation and keep you updated through the build.
We build with branded switchgear as standard — primarily Schneider and L&T — and will match whatever make your specification or client calls for.
Yes. Alongside manufacturing, we take up site installation and commissioning — charged separately from the panel — or we coordinate with your own site electrical team if you prefer.
Yes. We regularly supply EPC contractors and builders on a project and repeat-order basis. Mention your volume in the enquiry and we'll set up the right commercial terms.
